TERMS AND CONDITIONS [TAXILO]

This mobile application is run by APTIDEA SOLUTIONS, New Delhi. The terms and conditions described here applies to you when you download, install or use the application of TaxiLo. This terms and conditions document is an electronic record of terms as defined in the Information Technology Act, 2000. The electronic record is generated through a computer and there is no need of any physical signature. When you click on the button, "I ACCEPT", you give your full consent to agree with these terms and conditions.
The clauses of the terms and conditions are as below:
3. BOOKING OF VEHICLES
TaxiLo will entertain your booking requests based on the vehicles available at any time. We reserve the right of confirming or rejecting your booking requests, on the basis of your booking history or any other reason. You should check the booking details, including pick-up point and time, destination, fare etc. The company will not be responsible for any mistakes you might have committed at the time of booking. If you cancel the booking, a cancellation charge may apply and it will be deducted from your account.
4. FARE AND PAYMENT
TaxiLo will charge a fare from travellers for their rides with the vehicle booked through our mobile application. The charges should be paid at the culmination of the journey by cash to the driver or digitally. For securing your vehicle booking on a scheduled time, you may also make advanced digital payments to us.
In case of long journeys, "Longy" option, the pre-journey fare shown on screen will be an estimated fare. This fare may change when you reach your final destination, based on the actual distance traveled and the time taken in the journey.
During the journey, any toll taxes, parking fees etc will be paid by you directly. These charges will not be included in the original fare.

As a good citizen, we expect you to follow rules and laws and behave properly with the driver. During the journey time, consumption of liquor and contraband are prohibited by both the driver and travelers. You will not force the driver to disobey traffic rules or change the route of the journey. Please restrict yourself from damaging the vehicle or any parts you are travelling in.
While traveling, you are required not to misbehave with other commuters or vehicle drivers whom you meet on the course of your journey.
You can send us your feedback or report any issue within 7 days of the journey. After 7 days, we will not be able to address your issues. In most cases, we respond to your issues or concerns within 2 business days.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
If you fail to oblige the terms and conditions and user terms as underlined in this document, we will not be responsible for any consequences. In case of a Force Majeure event, the obligations under this user agreement will be considered as suspended.
As a beneficiary of our services, you must understand that TaxiLo is merely a service provider or facilitator. We aggregate vehicles for you and strive to provide you with the best, on-time and safe travel experience. We, as a company, cannot be held responsible for any unexpected incidence that might happen with you on the course of a journey.
TaxiLo or its drivers, employees cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft or your belongings on way to your destination.
